Shipping and Exchange Policy

Nothing is shipped

YogaInLoop sells yoga classes, memberships and retreats. These are services, delivered online or in person. We do not sell or ship physical goods, so there are no shipping charges and no delivery times for parcels.

How you receive what you paid for

Memberships: your membership is active in your dashboard as soon as the payment succeeds, normally within a minute. Links to the live classes appear in your dashboard and are posted in the WhatsApp community before each session.

Class bookings: your booking is confirmed on payment, and you receive a confirmation by email. We contact you on WhatsApp or by phone with anything else you need before the first session.

Retreats: your place is reserved on payment of the deposit or the full amount. Joining instructions, the itinerary and what to bring are sent by email and WhatsApp before the retreat.

If you have paid and cannot see your membership or booking within 30 minutes, contact us with your payment ID and we will sort it out the same day.

Exchanges

Because there are no physical goods, there is nothing to return. What we can do instead is change what you booked:

Batch: members can move between the morning and evening batches at any time, free of charge, from their profile.

Plan: you can upgrade to a longer membership at any time by paying the difference. Ask us on WhatsApp and we will arrange it.

Class booking: you can move a booking to another batch or start date up to 24 hours before the first session, subject to space.

Retreat: a place can be transferred to another person or, where possible, to another date. This depends on the retreat's own terms, because travel and stay are booked in advance.

Cancellations and refunds

These are covered in our Cancellation and Refund Policy, linked in the footer of every page.
